The Career Guidance Fair was held in Terrassa on April 15 and 16, 2026. Terrassa Tria Futur is an initiative launched in 2019 by the Terrassa City Council and Foment de Terrassa to provide the public—and especially students aged 16 and older—with a space for educational and career guidance, helping individuals choose their future paths. The Terrassa Tria Futur brand encompasses both the Career Guidance Fair and the Education Showcase, which take place every spring.
In this way, Terrassa Tria Futur aims to be the go-to hub for education and career guidance in Terrassa and the surrounding region, serving anyone—regardless of age—who needs to choose a path for training and employment.
Immersium Studio participated with a booth where students could experience firsthand the training we developed to enhance transversal competencies, or soft skills. Skills such as teamwork, conflict resolution, planning and organization, and communication are personal attributes that enable people to work more harmoniously and efficiently. Virtual Reality allows users to work on these skills from the inside, rather than as mere spectators. Through a 360-degree scenario, the user is placed at the center of the action and must make decisions. It is through these decisions that they learn and retain knowledge in an emotionally engaging way—resulting in four times greater retention than simply watching a video.
