At Immersium Studio, we have brought our expertise in immersive learning to develop a virtual reality experience for enhancing Soft Skills through the Soft Improve project. This virtual reality experience was created in a real environment, with real actors, to produce life-like scenarios in which professionals can practice utilizing soft skills properly.
Soft Improve Project Overview
Soft Improve is a project co-funded by the European Commission in collaboration with partners The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany e.V. (ITKAM), IPAG Business School, Innogate to Europe, and Immersium Studio. The main goals of Soft Improve are to provide professionals with knowledge and development of soft skills. Through the Soft Improve academy, users can practice implementing a variety of soft skills such as time management, self-motivation, conflict resolution, teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and more.

Virtual Reality Experience
In this simulation, the user will play the role of a new Marketing employee for Crea Media, a full-service business solution provider. The new employee has been experiencing tension with colleagues, heavy workloads, and struggles with managing it all. With the use of key soft skills, the user must identify where improvements can be made.
The virtual reality experience was recorded with a 360º video camera with actors in a real environment in a similar manner to Immersium Studio’s own virtual reality experience model. Our knowledge and experience within the virtual reality sector ensured the precision and thoroughness of the production.
