This past January, we held the first “Soft Improve Presentation” event in Barcelona. Soft Improve is a European project in which we collaborate with the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany, the Ipag Business School, and Innogate to Europe.
The goal of this project is to equip professionals and entrepreneurs with knowledge and practice in soft skills. As part of the initiative, we have designed a completely free online course that develops various skills in the social, personal, and methodological fields.
Multiplier Event en Barcelona
As part of the project, several Multiplier Events have taken place. We had the opportunity to host this project presentation event at the Hub of the UOC Open University of Catalonia-Barcelona.

We had the pleasure of featuring several experts in the field, including:

- Carlos González, Professor of Economics at UOC
- Mari Martínez, Psychologist and coach, expert in emotional well-being, neuropsychology, and executive development
- Blanca Gordo, Expert in Professional Competencies and Social Skills
- Luis Villarejo, expert in the application of new technologies such as Virutal Reality for soft skill development y CEO of Immersium Studio
- Núria Benet, Director of Actor Production at Immersium Studio y SoftImprove Coordinator
The event featured a presentation on the Soft Improve Project by Blanca Gordo, as well as interactive sessions led by Núria Benet, including a role-playing activity in which several attendees participated.
Following this, Irene Ríos explained the importance of soft skills in professional development, and we exchanged views in a roundtable discussion with Carlos González, Mari Martínez, Blanca Gordo, Luis Villarejo, and Núria Benet.
Finally, we conducted an interactive test using Kahoot, an online tool that allows multiple users to answer questions simultaneously. We wrapped up the event with an award ceremony recognizing those most skilled in soft skills.
