As part of the Soft Skills Project to Improve Employability in VR, we are developing various immersive experiences for the Castellar del Vallès City Council to enhance soft skills such as communication, teamwork, planning and organization, conflict resolution, and adaptability in the job search.
Teamwork
This soft skill is the first we’ve worked on, and we’ve developed a script where the user will be placed in the middle of scenes in which they will have to decide how to act. Depending on their decisions, the experience will take one direction or another, and it’s in these moments that they will have to become aware of the consequences of their actions.
This experience takes place inside a restaurant, where employees face tense daily situations, such as deciding whether a dish is in optimal condition for the customer, taking into account food intolerances and allergies, and knowing how to work as a team rather than individually.








This experience will allow you to experience firsthand how essential teamwork is, especially in a pressure-filled and tense environment where the way you work together can make a huge difference.
