Our CEO Luis Villarejo participates in the conferences Technologies and Sustainable Tourism – From intelligent tourism to metavers, organized by CaixaForum Macaya
The CaixaForum centers are cultural centers of ”la Caixa” Foundation that want to bring culture closer to all audiences to experience it throught a large and varied program. ”La Caixa” Foundation has recovered buildings of great architectural interest in the main cities of the country to turn them into centers for cultural dissemination. The CaixaForum centers are in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Saragossa, Palma, Girona, Lleida, Tarragona and Valencia.

CaixaForum Macaya is located in Casa Macaya, an architectural gem of Catalan Modernism, the work of Josep Puig i Cadafalch, declared a cultural asset of national interest and a historical monument of national interest in 1976.
The Technology and Sustainable Tourism Conferences and Debates – Smart Tourism in the metaverse were held last May 24, 2023 at 6 p.m. Technology is one of the vectors on which tourism sustainability can be supported. What contributions is technology making to tourism sustainability today? What is the path from smart tourism to the Metaverse? How does technology impact tourism and the tourist experience and what future prospects does it hold for us? These are some of the questions that were discussed.
