This training will be held at the<strong> Castellar del Vall\u00e8s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.castellarvalles.cat\/28615\/descriptiu\/\"> Local Employment Service<\/a><\/strong>&#8216;s job club. Their decisions will determine the course of the experience, and it&#8217;s in this <strong>interaction<\/strong> that they&#8217;ll <strong>learn different skills<\/strong> based on the situations they&#8217;ll face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emotions play a very important role in the<strong> cognitive processes<\/strong> of training experiences. Among the cognitive processes impacted by emotions are perception, attention, reasoning, learning, memory, and problem or conflict resolution. Sometimes, users will find themselves in situations where they must make quick decisions about a client&#8217;s situation, under very diverse circumstances. They must understand the scenarios they may encounter and what they might do if they find themselves in that specific situation. To<strong> create effective training<\/strong> resources, it is necessary to <strong>incorporate the experience of emotions<\/strong> such as nervousness, stress, anxiety, doubt, and pressure into the training process. Learning to cope with these emotions will strengthen their security, motivation, self-esteem, and self-confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:139px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At Immersium Studio we are experts in Immersive Learning.
