This meeting has focused on new trends, experiences, and training models that, through digitalization, technology, and innovation, foster higher-value learning and personal and professional development\u2014more focused and personalized\u2014that generates a positive impact on society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/recla.org\/\">Network of Continuing Education of Latin America and Europe \u2013 RECLA <\/a><\/strong>\u2013 is a university cooperation network whose goal is to create spaces for debate and reflection on the trends, projections, and future of continuing education. Microlearning x Mobile Learning: Mr. Miguel \u00c1ngel Muras, Snackson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>       2. AI-generated content: Mr. Antonio Monteagudo, Olalai<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>       3. Challenge-based learning: Mr. Xavier Pascual, BeChallenge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>       4. Immersive learning: Mr. Luis Villarejo, Immersium Studio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>       5. Hybrid gamification: Mr. Ivan Tapia, Cocolisto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:78px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been very interesting to share this space with other leading technology companies in their sector. This survey conducted by the organization shows that <strong>immersive learning<\/strong> holds a strong position among the <strong>areas of greatest interest<\/strong> for the coming year, particularly challenge-based learning and AI-generated content. Immersive learning is a growing technology that enhances many aspects of training for different professionals, especially those focused on soft skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha sido muy interesante compartir este espacio con otras empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas punteras en su sector. Esta encuesta realizada desde la organizaci\u00f3n muestra como el<strong> aprendizaje inmersivo<\/strong> goza de una buena posici\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a las <strong>l\u00edneas de mayor inter\u00e9s<\/strong> para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, entre las que destacan el aprendizaje basado en retos, y el contenido generado por IA.
