The FP Network Project: Analysis and Quality Control Laboratories 4.0<\/a><\/strong>, is a project in which we have participated as a collaborating company<\/strong> together with the INTEGRATED PUBLIC VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER PIR\u00c1MIDE<\/a> (Huesca), INS ESCOLA DEL TREBALL (Lleida) and INS PROVEN\u00c7ANA <\/a>(Hospitalet de Llobregat). In this project, quality control laboratories<\/strong> in Vocational Training<\/strong> (FP) centers have been digitalized<\/strong>. This digitalization has improved technical training<\/strong> through the use of current tools, simulations and real-time analysis. It has also facilitated processes standardization<\/strong>, the optimization of shared resources <\/strong>between centers and remote access, adapting teaching to the needs of the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On June 26, 2025, the CPIFP Pir\u00e1mide<\/strong> celebrated the closing ceremony of the FP en red project: Quality Control and Analysis Laboratories 4.0<\/a><\/strong>, which was funded by the CaixaBank Dualiza and FPEmpresa scholarships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 150 students and 15 teachers<\/strong> from the three centers involved participated in this project. They created a collaborative digital platform <\/strong>for managing a chemistry laboratory, from reagent handling to training resources and user manuals. With our support, a “maker” environment was designed that offers the necessary resources for a 4.0 quality control laboratory<\/a>. The idea is to evolve the project and create an online vocational training community to enhance the collaborative platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are very pleased to have participated in this project with the CPIFP Pir\u00e1mide, INS Proven\u00e7ana, and Escola del Treball<\/strong> centers, and to have helped the students <\/strong>from these centers improve their adaptability and autonomy, gaining resources to confront problems. Collaboration between different centers and companies is key to carrying out useful and innovative projects for society that are truly beneficial to students. As Gerard Mart\u00edn of CPIFP Pir\u00e1mide<\/strong> comments, “This won’t end here. The idea is to continue working on other meetings and establish a foundation for students in future courses to add layers<\/strong>, build this platform, and share all these resources.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
