As part of the Soft Skills Project to Improve Employability in VR<\/a><\/strong>, we are developing various immersive experiences for the Castellar del Vall\u00e8s City Council <\/a><\/strong>to enhance soft skills <\/strong>such as communication, teamwork, planning and organization, conflict resolution, and adaptability in the job search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teamwork<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This soft skill is the first we’ve worked on, and we’ve developed a script <\/strong>where the user will be placed in the middle of scenes in which they will have to decide how to act<\/strong>. Depending on their decisions, the experience will take one direction or another, and it’s in these moments that they will have to become aware of the consequences of their actions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience takes place inside a restaurant<\/strong>, where employees face tense daily situations, such as deciding whether a dish is in optimal condition for the customer, taking into account food intolerances and allergies, and knowing how to work as a team rather than individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
