{"id":4586,"date":"2024-01-31T13:44:58","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T11:44:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immersiumstudio.com\/blog\/primeres-sessions-amb-les-escoles-del-projecte-art-i-realitat-virtual\/"},"modified":"2024-08-30T15:01:27","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T13:01:27","slug":"primeres-sessions-amb-les-escoles-del-projecte-art-i-realitat-virtual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immersiumstudio.com\/en\/blog\/primeres-sessions-amb-les-escoles-del-projecte-art-i-realitat-virtual\/","title":{"rendered":"First sessions with schools and institutes of &#8220;Art and Virtual Reality&#8221; Project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/immersiumstudio.com\/en\/projects\/projecte-artedu-realitat-virtual-per-a-la-generacio-de-situacions-daprenentatge-immersives-en-art-i-creativitat\/\">Art and Virtual Reality&#8221; project <\/a><\/strong>is a project that promotes <strong>collaboration between educational centers, cultural institutions, immersive technology developers and research<\/strong>. Through the consolidated research group of the <strong>Open University of Catalonia (UOC) <a href=\"https:\/\/edulab.uoc.edu\/ca\/\">Edul@b<\/a><\/strong>, we wanted to bring knowledge beyond school by carrying out applied research in the educational field. Also participating in this project are <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elglobusvermell.org\/\">Globus Vermell<\/a><\/strong> and the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fmirobcn.org\/ca\/\"> Fundaci\u00f3 Joan Mir\u00f3<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/miesbcn.com\/ca\/\">Fundaci\u00f3 Mies van der Rohe <\/a><\/strong>foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>innovation<\/strong> of this project lies in becoming familiar with <strong>new technological trends<\/strong> by teachers and students, which will be evident in prototypes of the immersive projects that will remain in the centers and will serve as a driving force for future developments. From <strong>Immersium Studio <\/strong>we are teaching the application of <strong>immersive technologies<\/strong> in the affiliated educational centers and we accompany them in the development of their immersive project prototypes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:63px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We have already started the sessions with the schools:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/inscastellet.cat\/\"><strong>IES Castellet<\/strong><\/a>, with whom we had previously collaborated on another <a href=\"https:\/\/immersiumstudio.com\/en\/projects\/formacio-en-realitat-extesa-xr-per-professors-de-secundaria\/\">project on Extended Reality (XR)<\/a>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In these sessions, our CEO, <strong>Luis Villarejo<\/strong>, has explained to teachers and students what <strong>immersive technologies<\/strong> consist of and what is needed to carry out this type of activities. First we have shown you <strong>examples<\/strong> of what the result of your recordings with the 360\u00ba camera can be like. Afterwards we have explained the entire<strong> production process<\/strong>, including pre-production and post-production. In pre-production we must take into account the<strong> scenes<\/strong> that must be recorded, where, their duration, if there is a narration and what it will be, if people will appear and which ones\u2026 It is very important to know who the experience is aimed at (age, sex, familiarity with technology\u2026) to be able to design it correctly. The design of our experiences allows an<strong> interaction <\/strong>with the user, who must decide if it is appropriate in each case, and if so, break down an entire decision tree, which can vary greatly depending on the experience. All the emotions that we will provoke in the user of the immersive experience must be taken into account, and the knowledge or experiences that we want to offer them. It is also important to know the result we want to obtain with the immersive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:54px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For their part, other collaborators of the project, such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elglobusvermell.org\/\">Globus Vermell<\/a><\/strong>, have also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/elglobusvermell\/posts\/pfbid0wYgJ9EEHk58Dm1h1PpqHHxPdhBBqm78C3Fw6JYYmDiKifzJygXoLhUxudZkRUgtRl\">started their sessions<\/a> to contribute to the development of a critical view of the built space, sensitive to the needs of people and committed to the collective aspirations of sustainability and equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the <strong>Castellet Institute<\/strong>, they have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/institutcastellet\/posts\/pfbid0e3u1gobMVXFunTnctGZJ2srLGKB98gNDSeuE9DoAoxpU9eVMo5MogNbJkyxvXQygl\">also begun their outing<\/a>s, such as this one to the monumental complex of Castellet, to have a transversal perspective, involving students from 4 educational levels (ESO, High School, intermediate level CF and higher level CF) and 11 teachers of 7 departments of the center: Computer Science, Social Sciences, Visual and Plastic Sciences, Technology, Chemistry, Languages \u200b\u200band Works. At the Castellet Institute, they have also<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/institutcastellet\/posts\/pfbid02aBaZNY7D2cjRt7pgqNGVCPVuJa5AdGMfVgifrBdb3ZFp3srpZJ6YPCTA13XHvVaEl\"> visited the project&#8217;s collaborating foundations<\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fmirobcn.org\/ca\/\">Joan Mir\u00f3 Foundation<\/a><\/strong>, and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/miesbcn.com\/ca\/\">Mies van der Rohe Foundation<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:162px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At Immersium Studio we are experts in the metaverse educational and corporate activity.
