{"id":3191,"date":"2023-07-14T13:08:03","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T11:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immersiumstudio.com\/immersium-studio-participa-en-la-exposicion-del-spinuoc-2023\/"},"modified":"2023-08-04T10:50:25","modified_gmt":"2023-08-04T08:50:25","slug":"immersium-studio-participa-en-la-exposicion-del-spinuoc-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immersiumstudio.com\/en\/blog\/immersium-studio-participa-en-la-exposicion-del-spinuoc-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Immersium Studio participates in the SpinUOC 2023 exhibition"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:81px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uoc.edu\/portal\/es\/index.html\"><strong>Open University of Catalonia<\/strong><\/a> (UOC) celebrates every year the <strong>SpinUOC<\/strong>, a conference on entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer where eight projects of interest developed in the UOC community are presented. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uoc.edu\/portal\/es\/news\/actualitat\/2023\/135-spinuoc-2023.html\">eleventh edition of <strong>SpinUOC 2023<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>was held on June 29 at the Old Damm factory in Barcelona. The entrepreneurs responsible for the projects had about five minutes to make their presentation in an innovative way for the audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#SpinUOC 2023\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7vApaFAJ4ws?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:59px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exhibition<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This year the event has included, in the lobby of the venue, the <strong>Innovation Gallery<\/strong>, an<strong> exhibition of ten projects<\/strong> to artistically display<strong> entrepreneurial solutions<\/strong> and SpinUOC initiatives from the last decade. <strong>Immersium Studio<\/strong> has been selected as one of the ten projects that uses <strong>innovative solutions to improve e-learning<\/strong>. We use<strong> immersive learning<\/strong> to place the user in the center of the action and through their emotional reactions they can learn from different situations. Our<strong> immersive experiences<\/strong> are widely used in the field of health, since they allow <strong>experiential learning<\/strong>, which is very useful for professionals where dealing with the patient is very important from the outset.
