Lecture “Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Haptic Reality” (TRUE Project)

Our CEO, Luis Villarejo will present the lecture “Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Haptic Reality”, as a part of activity “Innovation for Teaching” in the “Transforming Universities towards Entrepreneurship (TRUE)” project. 

TRUE project general objective is to eliminate the obstacles that inhibit innovation and entrepreneurship by strengthening the links in the education knowledge triangle and by making training, tools and personalized support open and readily accessible to European citizens.

The “teaching capsule” will include  “VirtualReality, AugmentedReality and HapticReality”. Augmented Reality is a technology that allows us to see our surrounding physical world augmented with digital information. Virtual Reality is a technology that allows us (using a VR headset) to transport ourselves to different digital created scenarios losing real physical environment. Haptic Reality is a technology that allows us to feel different sensations through different devices (haptic gloves, haptic suits, etc.)
